On Friday night, the Chicago Bulls will be in Manhattan to face off against the New York Knicks.

The Bulls are coming off a 145-126 loss to the Indiana Pacers (at home).

Josh Giddey did not play in the game.

For Friday’s game, the Bulls have announced that Giddey will be listed as questionable on the injury report.

Underdog NBA wrote: “Josh Giddey (hamstring) listed questionable for Friday.”

Giddey is in the middle of another strong season with averages of 17.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, 9.2 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 45.1% from the field and 36.9% from three-point range in 53 games.

He is in his second year playing for the franchise after spending his first three with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Bulls wrote (on March 14): “Josh Giddey passes MJ in all-time triple-doubles 📈

Giddey had 20pts, 11reb & 10ast vs. the Clippers — his third triple-double in the past four games.”

The Bulls are 12th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 29-47 record in 76 games.

They are in the middle of a five-game losing streak (and have gone 2-8 over their last ten).

On the road, the Bulls have gone 11-26 in 37 games played away from the United Center.

Following the Knicks, they will play their next game on Sunday when they return home to host the Phoenix Suns.

ESPN’s Shams Charania wrote (on September 9): “Just in: Restricted free agent Josh Giddey has reached agreement on a four-year, $100 million deal to re-sign with the Chicago Bulls, agent Daniel Moldovan of Lighthouse Sports Management tells ESPN.”

Knicks Ahead Of Bulls Clash

The Knicks come into play as the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 49-28 record in 77 games.

They have won seven out of their last ten games (and are 27-9 at Madison Square Garden).

Following the Bulls, the Knicks will play their next game on Monday when they visit Jalen Johnson and the Atlanta Hawks in Georgia.
