On Friday evening, the New York Knicks will play the Chicago Bulls at Madison Square Garden.

The Knicks most recently beat the Memphis Grizzlies by a score of 130-119.

Jalen Brunson did not play in the game.

For Friday’s game, Brunson will be available.

He is not on the injury report.

Underdog NBA wrote: “Jalen Brunson (ankle) not listed on injury report for Friday.”

Brunson is in the middle of another incredible season with averages of 26.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 6.7 assists per contest while shooting 46.5% from the field and 37.1% from three-point range in 70 games.

Knicks Ahead Of Bulls Battle

The Knicks are the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 49-28 record in 77 games.

They have won seven out of their last ten games (and are 27-9 at home).

Following the Bulls, the Knicks will play their next game on Monday when they travel to Georgia for a showdown with the Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena.

Brunson signed with the Knicks during the summer of 2022 after four years with the Dallas Mavericks.

He has helped the franchise reach the NBA playoffs in each of his first three years on the team.

The three-time NBA All-Star has career averages of 19.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 5.2 assists per contest while shooting 48.5% from the field and 38.6% from three-point range in 557 games.

Last season, Brunson and the Knicks reached the Eastern Conference finals for the first time in 25 years.

Bulls Before Visit To New York

The Bulls have had another tough season as the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 29-47 record in 76 games.

They are in the middle of a five-game losing streak (and have lost eight out of their last ten).

Following the Knicks, the Bulls will play their next game on Sunday when they return to the United Center to host Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns in Chicago.

Last season, they missed the NBA playoffs for the third straight year.
