In a press conference, Dundon said their goal is to build a team that can compete at the highest level, every single year.

Dundon will serve as the Blazers’ main governor. Marc Zahr, Stan Middleman, Andrew Cherng, and Sheel Tyle are listed as alternative governors.

According to The Athletic, the sale will be a two-part deal with a price tag of $4.25 billion. The NBA said the transaction is expected to close this week.
