MEMPHIS, Tenn. — LeBron James became the latest NBA star to criticize Memphis after a social media post caught the legend urging the Grizzlies to ship out.

“Staying at the…Hyatt at 41 years old. You think I want to do that…? Being in Memphis on a…random…Thursday?” James said.

He made the comments in a video posted by Legion Hoops while seemingly playing golf.

“Just go over to Nashville,” he said later.

Memphis recently faced scrutiny over the condition of its hotels after a comment from Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green went viral.

“It’s always a little rough staying in Memphis,” Green said, appearing to reference hotel accommodations during NBA travel.

While Green did not offer specific details, the remark quickly drew attention on social media and reignited conversations about the city’s hospitality standards and its reputation among visiting teams and major event organizers.
