San Diego Clippers two-way guard Sean Pedulla was named the 2025-26 Kia NBA G League Rookie of the Year, the NBA G League announced on Thursday.

Pedulla has played 28 games between the San Diego Clippers and Portland Trail Blazers’ affiliate, the Rip City Remix, this season. He is averaging 23.6 points, 6.8 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. Pedulla ranks in the top ten of all G League players in points, assists and free-throw percentage (84.5).

Pedulla went undrafted out of Ole Miss in the 2025 NBA Draft. He was part of the Portland Trail Blazers’ Summer League roster in 2025 then officially signed with the Trail Blazers in October 2025.

Pedulla signed a two-way contract with the Clippers in February. He made his NBA debut against the Minnesota Timberwolves on March 11. Pedulla scored six points and recorded one rebound in six minutes during his debut. He went on to play four more NBA games throughout March, totaling 13 points in 24 minutes.

The 23-year-old is just the second player to win the award in Clippers franchise history. Center Ángel Delgado was the first player to win the award when he won during the 2018-19 season. Now, Delgado plays internationally in Turkey.

Before entering the NBA, Pedulla played at Ole Miss where he was named an All-SEC Third-Team selection during the 2024-25 season. He transferred from Virginia Tech after three seasons then was named a Riley Wallace Impact Transfer of the Year Finalist as a senior at Ole Miss.
