Today is the beginning of the NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament semifinals, aka the Final Four. Connecticut, Michigan, Illinois and Arizona are looking for a chance to win a national championship. And in our SB Nation Reacts survey question, we asked you who you think will win.
The Michigan Wolverines were the top choice with 40 percent of the vote. Arizona was 2nd with 33 percent.
