Cooper Flagg delivered 45 points in a Sunday victory over the Lakers.

What we learned on Sunday

–Curry returns but Rockets win: The Warriors got a vintage performance from Stephen Curry in his first game back from a knee ailment. Curry scored 29 points in 26 minutes and nailed 5 3s but the Warriors spoiled his return with an Alperen Sengun game-winner.

-Cooper Flagg pours it on: Cooper Flagg scored 45 points, becoming the youngest player to score 45 points in back-to-back games. That was his fourth 40-point game as a teenager, pushing him past LeBron James, who had 3. James, meanwhile, scored 30 and dished out 15 assists in his head-to-head matchup with Flagg.

-Hornets buzz Wolves: LaMelo Ball scored 35 points and drained seven 3s and the Hornets earned a tough 122-108 victory over the Timberwolves in Minnesota.
