Every game is of extreme importance for the Philadelphia 76ers at this point in the season as they look to clinch a playoff berth and avoid the Play-In Tournament.

After a loss to the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night, they need to bounce back in a big way against the Spurs in San Antonio on Monday night.

Joel Embiid will play in pivotal game vs. Spurs on Monday night

The good news for the Sixers is that star center Joel Embiid isn’t listed on the official injury report, indicating that he’ll be available for the game. Embiid missed the game against Detroit due to illness and right oblique injury management.

The Sixers could really use a win, so Embiid’s availability is a big boon.

On the season, Embiid has played in 37 games for Philadelphia and posted averages 26.7 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.1 blocks per performance.

The matchup between Philadelphia and San Antonio will be the second and final of the season. The Spurs dominated the Sixers 131-91 in the first meeting in March, but Embiid didn’t play in that game so perhaps it will be a different story this time around.
