Pacers All-Star forward Pascal Siakam has been ruled out for Tuesday’s 7 p.m. home game against the Timberwolves with a left ankle sprain according to the NBA’s official injury report, but Minnesota’s All-NBA guard Anthony Edwards has also been ruled out with right knee injury maintenance.

Siakam, who leads the Pacers with 24.0 points per game, has missed two straight games after injuring both his ankle and his lower back in Friday’s loss to the Hornets. Edwards, who has missed eight of Minnesota’s last 10 games, leads the Timberwolves with 28.9 points per game.

Pacers forward Aaron Nesmith (cervical strain) and point guards Andrew Nembhard (thoracic and lumbar injury management) and T.J. McConnell (bilateral hamstring injury management) have also been ruled out. Nembhard is second on the team in scoring and first in assists with 16.9 points and 7.7 assists per game. Nesmith is third on the team in scoring with 13.8 points per game and McConnell averages 9.4 points and 5.1 assists per game.

Third-year wings Jarace Walker (sacral contusion) and Ben Sheppard (right hip sprain) are both listed as questionable. Timberwolves wing Jaden McDaniels (left knee patella tendinopathy) has also been ruled out.
