The Denver Nuggets are gearing up for a Wednesday (April 8) game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

While the away team has a loaded injury report, the Nuggets are in decent shape, only listing two players before the action. Both of them (Spencer Jones and Peyton Watson) were expected to miss Wednesday’s action before the report was out.

However, the status of Aaron Gordon was unknown. Gordon left Monday night’s overtime victory over the Portland Trail Blazers with some questions.

The veteran forward was seen limping, which prompted reporters to ask about him having a potential setback.

Barring any unexpected changes, Aaron Gordon is expected to play on Wednesday night. The veteran forward has been left off the injury report for the game.

When Gordon played in the Nuggets’ April 6 game against the Blazers, he checked in for 31 minutes.

Gordon shot 8-14 from the field, and knocked down four of his nine shots from three. The veteran produced 23 points, along with nine rebounds and five assists. The Nuggets went into overtime for the second game in a row. They collected a 137-132 victory over Portland.

Denver is already in the playoffs, but they managed to pick up the third seed in the Western Conference.

While maintaining a strong nine-game winning streak, the Nuggets passed the struggling Los Angeles Lakers.

The Nuggets have a few games left to go, and they are looking to finish strong in their highest position possible.

They will tip off with the Grizzlies at 9 PM ET on Wednesday.

After the Grizzlies game, the Nuggets will face the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday, April 10, before concluding the season with a game against the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday, April 12.
