Jaden McDaniels (knee) will finally play for the Timberwolves, snapping his six-game absence on Wednesday in Orlando.
Jaden McDaniels’ return is now on the horizon for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The All-Defensive forward is all set to rejoin the T-Wolves’ lineup on Wednesday in Orlando against the Magic.
This would mark the on-court comeback of McDaniels after missing the last six games for Minnesota due to a left knee patella tendinopathy and a bone bruise.Â
There has been a significant perception that he might be out significantly after the Wolves marked him as out on a “week-to-week” basis, but he apparently cleared himself for full contact, 5-on-5 basketball activities.
He is set to face a minutes restriction in his return for Minnesota.
With two more games left after the Orlando game, McDaniels’ return can’t be any bigger for the Timberwolves as the NBA Playoffs approach.
The 25-year-old is averaging a career-best 14.8 points in nearly 52 percent shooting (42.1 percent from three) with 4.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.0 block across 71 games this 2025-26.Â
