The Los Angeles Lakers are on the road on Thursday night as they travel to take on the Golden State Warriors in a Western Conference matchup.
Los Angeles enters Thursday’s game with a 50-29 record after losing at home to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night.

In Tuesday’s loss to the Thunder, Rui Hachimura led the way for the Lakers as he recorded 15 points and five rebounds while Luke Kennard added 10 points and nine assists of his own.
Now Los Angeles will try to bounce back on Thursday as they face off against the Warriors in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, Golden State enters Thursday’s contest with a 37-42 record after defeating the Sacramento Kings at home on Tuesday night.

De’Anthony Melton led the way for the Warriors in Tuesday’s victory as he ended the game with 21 points, four rebounds and five assists while Brandin Podziemski recorded 20 points and three assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Thursday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Lakers Injury Report: Will LeBron James, Marcus Smart Play?
For the Lakers, they have four players listed on their injury report, though LeBron James is not one of them.

Of course, James missed Tuesday’s loss to the Thunder due to foot injury management but he is off the injury report and will return against the Warriors.
Los Angeles has listed Marcus Smart as questionable due to a right ankle contusion and there is a chance he could return from an eight-game absence.

The Lakers have ruled out Jaxson Hayes due to left foot soreness as he will miss his second consecutive contest.
Luka Doncic has also been ruled out due to a left hamstring strain while Austin Reaves is out with a left oblique muscle strain as both players are set to miss the remainder of the regular season.
Warriors Injury Report: Will Stephen Curry, Kristaps Porzingis Play?
On the other side, the Warriors have 10 players listed on their injury report, including both Stephen Curry and Kristaps Porzingis.

Golden State has ruled out Curry due to right knee injury management as they will elect to sit him on the first night of their back-to-back.
The Warriors have listed Gui Santos as questionable due to a right pelvic contusion while Charles Bassey is questionable with a left ankle sprain.

Porzingis has been ruled out due to an illness as he will miss his second consecutive contest after sitting out Tuesday’s victory.
Al Horford and Quinten Post have also been ruled out as they continue to recover from injuries while Jimmy Butler and Moses Moody are out for the remainder of the season.
LJ Cryer has been listed as probable and is expected to play despite dealing with an illness while Will Richard is doubtful and is expected to be sidelined due to a back injury.
