Former University of Louisville star Terry Rozier has been waived from the Miami Heat.The news comes as Rozier faces federal charges related to a gambling operation.He was only with the Heat for their season opener in October, but he did not play in that game.He was arrested by federal officials at the team’s hotel the following morning.Rozier is charged with offering information to help people win bets on his stat totals in a 2023 game, when he was with the Charlotte Hornets. He pleaded not guilty to those charges in December 2025.
