The 2026 Nike Hoop Summit concluded with a showcase of absolute dominance by the United States at the Moda Center, as both the Men’s and Women’s squads secured decisive victories over the World Select Teams.
For the second consecutive year, the men’s game required extra time to find a winner. After a frantic end to regulation, the USA Men dominated the overtime period to secure a hard-fought 102-100 victory. Arkansas’ Jordan Smith Jr. and Arizona’s Caleb Holt, who scored 13 and 24 respectively, were the catalysts when it mattered most, along with Brandon McCoy Jr. — who is committed to the new-national champion Michigan — hitting two free throws with 0.6 seconds left to tie the game.
Across the court, the World Team was kept in the hunt by a dazzling playmaking performance from West Virginia-bound Miles Sadler, whose 29 points kept the international squad within striking distance until the final minutes of OT. But, it was not enough as the U.S. came out victorious by a basket.
Earlier in the day, the USA Women’s team set a dominant tone, improving to 4-0 all-time with a record-setting 104-77 win. They established their authority early with an 8-0 opening run and never looked back, setting new event records for the most points scored and the largest margin of victory. South Carolina commit Jerzy Robinson and Saniyah Hall led the way with 19 points each, while the World team saw a standout 15-point effort from Australia’s Sitaya Fagan.

Leading the scoring for Team USA were Saniyah Hall and Jerzy Robinson, who each scored 19 points in Team USA’s blowout win. On the other side, Savvy Swords and Sitaya Fagan had 14 and 15, respectively. Despite the strong effort from Fagan in the paint and Swords on the wing, the World Select Team couldn’t keep pace with the USA’s depth, as the hosts cruised to their fourth consecutive victory in the showcase.
