The Portland Trail Blazers will look to lock down their No. 8 seed in the Western Conference when they host the Sacramento Kings in the final game of the regular season. The Trail Blazers hold the tiebreaker over the Los Angeles Clippers, who play their final game of the season against the Golden State Warriors.
As a result, they are one of the few teams in the league that will give it their all on the final day. The Blazers have listed only four players on the official injury list as a result. Jerami Grant and Damian Lillard are the confirmed absentees while Matisse Thybulle and Vit Krejci have been listed as questionable for the game.
The Kings, however, are much worse off injury-wise, with as many as nine players listed as out in the injury list. Sacramento has found form in the final stretch of the season, winning three of the last five to rise over the Utah Jazz into the No. 14 position.
Conversely, the Blazers have won four of their last six, a surge that now puts them in a strong position to finish over LA.

The Blazers are dealing with only minor health issues apart from the long-term injuries to Lillard and Grant. Krejci is listed as questionable with a left calf contusion, while Thybulle is dealing with a right ankle sprain.
The latter played in the Blazers’ recent win over the Clippers, logging 18 minutes and returning with six points, four steals and two rebounds. Portland have shown a consistent ability to restrict opponent scoring, and will be optimistic against a Sacramento team missing most of its first-team stars.
DeMar DeRozan (hamstring), Zach LaVine (finger), Domantas Sabonis (knee) and Russell Westbrook (toe) are all ruled out. They are joined by Malik Monk (personal reasons), Keegan Murray (ankle), Drew Eubanks (thumb) and De’Andre Hunter (eye). Portland has won all three meetings against Sacramento this season, including a 134–133 overtime thriller in December.
