The Phoenix Suns have Mark Williams and Grayson Allen listed as questionable for the April 17 Play-In Tournament game against the Golden State Warriors at Mortgage Matchup Center for the eighth seed in the Western Conference playoffs.
Williams has left foot soreness while Allen’s injury has been upgraded from left hamstring soreness to left hamstring strain.
Allen has missed Phoenix’s last two games after suffering the injury in the first half April 10 against the Los Angeles Lakers. He didn’t play in the second half of the 101-73 road loss.
Williams missed 15 consecutive games with left foot third metatarsal stress reaction.
He’s played in five of Phoenix’s last seven games, but the 7-footer only saw 22 minutes of action in Tuesday’s 114-110 home defeat to the Portland Trail Blazers in the 7-8 Play-In game for the seventh seed in the conference playoffs.
Scoring just four points on 2-of-3 shooting, Williams didn’t play the entire fourth quarter against the Blazers. He finished with four rebounds and three blocks.
The Warriors have Kristaps Porzingis (right ankle soreness) listed as questionable.
The 7-footer scored 20 points in Wednesday’s road victory over the Los Angeles Clippers and shot 3-of-6 on 3s.
