The Huskers have recently adjusted their roster through the NCAA transfer portal. Montana and Minnesota transfer forward Kadyn Betts has committed to Nebraska, per On3.
The 6-foot-8 big man spent last season with the Grizzlies, but only played in nine games, averaging 3.1 points per game and shooting at a 56.3% clip from the field.
Before Montana, Betts played his first two seasons at Minnesota, appearing in 30 games without a start. In his career, Betts has played in 39 games, averaging just under six minutes per game.
Betts has one season of eligibility remaining, as he redshirted his first season with Minnesota during the 2023-24 season.
