A BELOVED NBA fan has died over the weekend.
A superfan of Kevin Durant died this weekend and has seen an outpouring of support from the NBA community.

X user D Go revealed that his grandmother, who was a massive fan of Durant, died.
He also shared that she was buried with a Durant jersey, showing just how big of a fan she was.
“We put a purple @KDTrey5 jersey in my grandma casket,” he wrote.
“Yall how how she felt about KD.”
Durant got wind of the message, and shared his personal condolences to the family on X.
“Man, my condolences to your family..rest in peace granny!” Durant wrote on X.
“I appreciate all the love and support over the years!!”
Plenty of other fans joined in on giving their condolences to the family of the superfan after her death.
“Rest in peace to your grandma!” one fan said.
“So sorry about your grandma. She knew ball,” another fan said.

Durant just finished his 17th season in the NBA, and is set for a tumultuous offseason.
