With the NBA season over for Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors, the former back-to-back NBA MVP now has more time to attend to his off-court endeavors. This includes a bold new project with his wife, Ayesha Curry.

The Warriors star battled through injuries throughout the season. However, he put in a lot of work behind the scenes to return right before the play-in tournament.

Steph’s highly anticipated comeback brought some much-needed momentum for the Warriors. The 12-time All-Star turned in a vintage performance in their play-in game against the Los Angeles Clippers. Unfortunately, the Warriors came up short against the Phoenix Suns in their next play-in matchup, marking the bitter end to the season.

Stephen Curry, Ayesha Curry venture into Broadway

Steph has since been busy attending to a new venture away from basketball. Together with his wife, the four-time NBA champion point guard decided to try his hand at a Broadway play.

Steph and Ayesha are listed as co-producers for the Broadway adaptation of “The Lost Boys.” It is a musical that breathes new life into the 1987 vampire horror-comedy. The Currys produced the play through their production company, Unanimous Media.

The two attended the opening night of the play on Sunday at the Palace Theater in New York City. “The Lost Boys” officially opened after previews started in March.

Ayesha took to social media to share a photo of the playbill from opening night. She highlighted the fact that she and her husband are listed as co-producers of the musical. The 37-year-old mom of four is still in disbelief.

“Pinch me! @lostboysmuiscal !!! Proud co-producers,” she captioned her Instagram story.

This is the latest step in Steph and Ayesha’s growing media empire. In February, Sony Pictures released the animated film “GOAT,” which was also produced by the Warriors star. Steph even lent his voice for one of the characters in the sports movie.

As Steph continues to cement his legacy as one of the greatest players in the history of the sport, he and his wife are also establishing their footprint in the media.
