JACKSON, Ky. (WYMT) – Camron Turner has been named the Breathitt Co. Boys Basketball Head Coach.
Turner spent the last two seasons with the Bobcats as an assistant coach under Jeff Honeycutt.
In those two seasons, the Bobcats won the Region Championship this past season, and made it to the Region Championship in the 2024 season.
Prior to coaching, Turner played basketball at Perry Central High School in the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 season.
In that time the Commodores won the 54th district in back-to-back seasons, and won the 14th Region Title in 2019.
