The Boston Celtics got good news from the 2026 NBA Draft lottery. Or at least that is the point of view of the folks behind the “Still Poddable” YouTube channel, who put together a clip from their show taking a closer look at how the draft lottery this year ended up giving Boston some good news despite the fact that the Celtics did not have a pick in the lottery at all – nor anywhere near it!
The claim is a good one, and comes from the Indiana Pacers losing what would have been one of the best picks in the draft, only stymied by an odd approach to protecting their pick sent out in their trade for Los Angeles Clippers big man Ivica Zubac.
