First Lake Tahoe men’s college basketball game set for November
(FOX40.COM) — Two men’s college basketball teams will meet at Lake Tahoe, marking just the second NCAA game held in the area.
The Nevada Wolf Pack and the St. Mary’s Gaels will meet Nov. 8, 2026, for a neutral site game at Tahoe Blue Event Center, according to college basketball insider Jon Rothstein.
The venue sits just over the border in Stateline, Nevada. Rothstein reported that the game will be part of a “multi-game event” and will be the first-ever men’s college basketball game at the center.
The event comes two years after Nevada’s NCAA women’s basketball team took on the Colorado Buffaloes at the same venue.
