There isn’t much to see by the time the media is allowed inside Knicks practice. Mostly just free throws.
So after a quick glance at OG Anunoby — a full participant in Friday’s session for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury — the eyes scanned for Mitchell Robinson, whose free throws are really the only ones worth watching.
Robinson, who was practicing in the far corner of the facility in Tarrytown, flashed his new foul-shot routine — where he spins the ball in air before the attempt — and buried a solid percentage. Knicks shooting coach Peter Patton stood by.
A lot is riding on those free throws.
