Tip-off from Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is at 8:30 p.m. ET (NBC / Peacock). Let’s analyze NBA odds around the Spurs vs. Thunder odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions for the best bets.

Best-of-7 series: Spurs lead 1-0; won regular-season series 4-1

The Spurs woke the NBA up with a double-overtime 122-115 victory Monday in Game 1 over the defending champion Thunder as a 7.5-point road underdog with the Over (218.5) easily hitting. Behind C Victor Wembanyama scored 41 points and hauled in 24 boards, and G Dylan Harper finished with 24 points and a team playoff-record 7 steals as the Spurs pulled off the upset.

G Alex Caruso scored 31 points off the bench for the Thunder, whose 9-game playoff winning streak dating to Game 7 of last season’s NBA Finals was snapped. G Jalen Williams, back from a hamstring strain, scored 26 points, and G Shai Gilgeous-Alexander — on the night he got his second straight Most Valuable Player trophy — had 24 points and 12 assists, but shot just 7 for 23.

The Thunder had NBA’s best record at 64-17 and are 5-4 ATS in the playoffs. The Spurs had the second-best record at 62-20 and are 9-3 ATS during its postseason run.

Spurs at Thunder picks and predictionsPrediction

Thunder 115, Spurs 105

PASS.

Avoid this play. The Thunder (-250) are too experienced to lose back-to-back home games. However, they are not worth considering at 2 1/2 times your money here.

BET THUNDER -6.5 (-110).

The Thunder have dominated at home throughout the playoffs. They were a favorite of at least 16 points in all 4 home games throughout the first 2 series, and they finished 3-1 ATS in those battles. Oklahoma City has scored at least 115 points in 4 straight games and should continue that trend Wednesday.

The Spurs are a talented side, but their defense hasn’t been as strong as their opponents. San Antonio has allowed 108 or more points in 4 of its last 5 games. It is also the less experienced side, which should factor in as the series continues.

BET OVER 216.5 (-105).

Both teams have potent weapons that can score at will.

The Thunder have scored at least 115 points in 8 of their 9 postseason games. They are 7-2 O/U in those contests. The Spurs have gone Over in 6 straight games and have tallied at least 122 points in 3 in a row.
