As the Philadelphia 76ers head into the offseason, they have to figure out who is going to lead the basketball operations department after parting ways with Daryl Morey after six seasons. With that being said, Bob Myers and Co. will look to get everything moving in the right direction with the draft approaching.
The Sixers will have the no. 22 pick on June 23, a pick acquired from the Oklahoma City Thunder via the Houston Rockets, and will look to move forward with finding another rotation piece for coach nick Nurse and his staff to work with.

A mock draft performed by HoopsHype has the Sixers selecting Houston big man Chris Cenac Jr. at No. 22 overall:
Chris Cenac is a raw big with size, a great defensive foundation and a developing jumper. The offense grades average (0.986 PPP), partly the result of him drifting as a perimeter-bound big at times, but he’s a solid defender who guards every position (0.896 PPP). He’s a project and you would be betting on the frame, athleticism, defense and shooting touch all coming together.
An NBA executive told HoopsHype: “Cenac rebounds and runs. Cenac is more of a five, he doesn’t have the perimeter skills you’d want to keep him at the four.”
Cenac averaged 9.5 points and 7.9 rebounds while shooting 48.5% overall and 33.3% from deep in the 2025-26 season with the Cougars. He will look to build off that and give the team that drafts him some good production at the big man spot. He has a lot of raw athleticism which will serve him well in the beginning, but he will need to expand his overall offensive game.
