MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis Grizzlies wing Cedric Coward was named to the 2025-26 NBA All-Rookie First Team, the NBA announced Wednesday.
Coward was one of five players on the first team, alongside Philadelphia 76ers guard VJ Edgecombe, Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg, San Antonio Spurs guard Dylan Harper and Charlotte Hornets wing Kon Knueppel.
Coward, 22, was selected 11th overall by the Grizz in the 2025 NBA Draft and started 47 games as a rookie.
He averaged 13.6 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists in just 25 minutes per game.
He’s the seventh Grizzlies player to earn All-Rookie honors in the last seven years, the most by any team in that span.
