Quite a lot has changed in the Dallas Mavericks organization in recent years, and it goes well beyond the Luka Doncic trade and beginning of the Cooper Flagg era.

Jason Kidd’s exit this week marked a significant moment for the franchise, as every key figure of the franchise from the Mark Cuban era has now moved on. With Patrick Dumont at the helm, the Mavericks’ entire leadership structure has turned over just 2½ years into his tenure as the team’s governor. Dallas now has different ownership, business operations, basketball operations and will have a new head coach in the coming weeks.

Kidd’s exit also made one thing abundantly clear: Dumont has given new president of basketball operations Masai Ujiri full control of the franchise’s basketball operations as the Mavs move into their next era.

Take a look at the franchise’s new-look power structure and how it has evolved in recent years.
