The Orlando Magic revealed on Tuesday at the Kia Center a new logo and three new jerseys they plan to dawn starting next season.

The logo’s design incorporates a “new-look” cascading star train and goes back to the organization’s roots with the blue, black and silver colors, according to an NBA.com article. The report also notes the new look features the iconic star behind the ball appearing in motion, reflecting the team’s propelling forward to build on the organization’s heritage.
The new uniforms, Association (white), Icon (blue) and Statement (black), have evolved into modern classics to honor Orlando’s iconic jerseys from the mid-to-late 1990s and early 2000s. The threads are also a nostalgic tribute to the Magic’s fanbase, with aspects of current and future style, per the NBA.com article.

Following the announcement, Magic fans took to social media to voice their opinions on both items.

“This is actually fire 🔥,” one shared about the logo.
“Genuinely wondering who you all worked with on the design,” another commented. “Looks good.”

The Magic also posted multiple pictures and videos on their X page of players such as Jalen Suggs, Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner and Kentavious Caldwell Pope wearing the new uniforms on the court, which features the new logo. They also gave the jersey to all-time greats Dwight Howard and Penny Hardaway, who both seemed pleased with the design.

“Oh wow, these are dope,” Hardaway said. “I love it. Definitely brings back some … Magic. No pun intended.”
