The Indiana Pacers head into hostile territory when they visit the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference playoff series at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.

The Pacers own a 2-0 series edge on the Bucks, who have experience recovering from 2-game series deficits. Indiana has relied on its familiar balance, rapid pace and rabid fanbase, while the Bucks haven’t gotten quite enough help for Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Milwaukee’s fans will no doubt be geared up, and perhaps Damian Lillard will feel more ready to play since coming back from a blood clot in his right leg. However, he played 37 minutes in Game 2.

Also, expect some chippy and petty play from both sides.

Pacers vs. Bucks prediction, pick for today, April 25

Dustin Dopirak, IndyStar: Bucks 122-113

The Pacers have protected homecourt advantage and will maintain it at least until Game 5. They’ve posted the second-best offensive rating in the playoffs so far and a top-four net rating. That being said, they haven’t been perfect, haven’t stopped Giannis Antetokounmpo at all and haven’t seen the best of Damian Lillard.

Now they go to Milwaukee for Game 3 in what promises to be an absurdly intense environment, with Bucks fans certain to hurl as much grief on the Pacers as possible. If the Bucks are going to win a game in this series, it’s probably going to be this one. The Pacers are playing plenty well enough to take a best-of-seven, but maybe not well enough to sweep it.
