BROOKLYN, New York — Former Gonzaga guard Jalen Warley went undrafted in the 2026 NBA Draft, but is now one step closer to stepping onto an NBA court.

Warley will join the Indiana Pacers for the Summer League season.

A Summer League contract allows Warley to play for the Pacers’ Summer League team with the hope of earning a standard contract, two-way contract, or Exhibit 10 deal at the conclusion of Summer League.

Indiana begins Summer League play in Las Vegas on July 10 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

After starting his college career at Florida State, Warley transferred to Gonzaga for his final year of eligibility. The 6-foot-7, 205-pound guard became a key piece for the 2025-26 Zags, as he made 17 starts, played in 33 games, and averaged 21.8 minutes, 7.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists, while shooting a career-best 56.6% from the field, 65.2% from the free throw line, and didn’t attempt a three-pointer.

The Philadelphia native also led GU with 49 steals and played a major role on both ends of the court for head coach Mark Few and the Zags. Warley finished the season with 233 points, 160 rebounds and 70 assists.

Warley wasn’t invited to the NBA Combine or the G League Elite Camp, but worked out with several NBA teams this summer.

Warley becomes the third Zag to have landed some form of NBA contract following the draft: Graham Ike signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Golden State Warriors, and Tyon Grant-Foster is joining San Antonio for Summer League play.
