Following the 2026 NBA Draft, NBA Summer League schedules were released Friday afternoon. The Hornets will play a minimum of four games and may advance to play more depending on their results. Last year, Charlotte won the NBA Summer League championship behind strong performances from Kon Knueppel, Ryan Kalkbrenner and PJ Hall.
This time around, Charlotte’s opener will be July 9 against the Orlando Magic. After that, the Hornets will finish out their schedule against New Orleans, Boston and Milwaukee.
While Charlotte may hold the aforementioned Knueppel out of summer league play, Hornets fans will be able to get their first look at the connection of German national teammates Christian Anderson and Hannes Steinbach.
