The 2026 NBA Draft is officially in the books as the league welcomes in the newest rookie class. For North Carolina, they had two players drafted as Caleb Wilson was taken No. 4 overall and then Henri Veesaar in the second round.

North Carolina’s only other player who could have been selected was Seth Trimble. However, he went undrafted on the two-night draft.

Now, Trimble has found a new home.

On Friday, it was announced that Trimble has signed with the Washington Wizards and will join the franchise.

Trimble spent four seasons at North Carolina after committing to them in 2021 out of the state of Wisconsin. He had a successful career with the Tar Heels, developing into a starter and a leader.
