As NBA Summer League play begins, Iowa basketball fans will be in for a clash of former Hawkeyes on the court today as Bennett Stirtz, Payton Sandfort, and Josh Dix all headline the Oklahoma City Thunder squad against Brendan Hausen and the Memphis Grizzlies from the Jon. Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
While Stirtz is the only one of the four Hawkeyes who was drafted, the quartet of former Iowa stars will each have ample opportunity to display their skills in front of the various scouts in attendance for both franchises.
