Lopez won’t suit up for Summer League in Salt Lake City due to a mild left hamstring strain, Michael Wallace of the Grizzlies‘ official site reports.
Lopez tweaked his hamstring during the pre-draft process, so the Grizzlies will take a cautious approach and hold him out of their three exhibition games in Salt Lake City. He’ll be re-evaluated once the team arrives in Las Vegas for Summer League on July 9.
