Kingston Flemings established himself as a dynamic guard at Houston, and the Atlanta Hawks rookie will see at least one of his skill sets rank among the leaders in NBA 2K27.
Flemings was a consensus second-team All-American last season, averaging 16.1 points, 5.2 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.5 steals while shooting 38.7% from 3-point range in 37 games. He became the first freshman in program history to earn an All-America selection.
The 6-foot-3 Flemings became such a highly effective scorer, in part, because of his lightning-quick first step and overall speed on the court. As a result, he will have an initial speed-with-ball rating of 90, the 10th-best mark of any player in the game.
San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama was named the cover athlete of the standard edition of NBA 2K27, which releases worldwide on Sept. 4. Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark (Deluxe Edition) and former MVP Derrick Rose (Ultra Edition) will also grace covers of the game.
2K Games on Monday began unveiling attribute ratings for various categories in NBA 2K27, including vertical leap and shooting. It is expected to announce the top 100 overall ratings on Aug. 10, with the rookie class to follow shortly after.
