After making a variety of offseason changes, the Lakers are nearly ready to compete for an NBA Championship next season.
However, the Lakers are yet to fill the final spot on the team, and NBA reporter Evan Sidery claims that Bronny James and sophomore star Chris Manon are expected to compete for the said spot.
The Lakers will have Bronny James and Chris Mañon compete for one of their final roster spots leading up to the regular season.

While the Lakers have indeed re-signed Manon to a two-way spot, what Sidery got wrong was the competition with Bronny.
After all, the Lakers have already guaranteed James Jr.’s standard rookie deal with the team. So, the only way Manon replaces Bronny on the main roster is if LBJ’s son gets traded before the new season kicks off.
