LaMelo Ball arrives in Minnesota after what can only be described as a lackluster six-year run with the Charlotte Hornets. After all, the majority of Ball’s seasons were plagued by injuries.
Ball is hoping for a fresh start alongside Anthony Edwards with the Minnesota Timberwolves as he leaves his life in Charlotte behind.
Keeping that in mind, Ball recently moved from his penthouse in Charlotte to Minnesota. The star guard seemingly trusted the wrong people to move his stuff, as a viral video on X showed the inside of his now-vacant penthouse.

Fans made a plethora of comments on the video as they mocked Ball’s childish taste in decorations and whatnot.
However, 2008 USA Redeem Team member Michael Redd urged fans to focus on the criminal aspect of the video, as the person who recorded the video violated Ball’s trust and privacy.
“I don’t care about the penthouse. What gets me is that this got filmed and posted at all. Somebody Melo hired to help him move took video inside his home and put it online for clicks.
“Assuming it’s even real, that’s a guy’s private space. Being a ballplayer or a name or a guy with some money doesn’t cancel your right to a little privacy,” Redd wrote on X.
He added, “This is how guys end up needing an NDA to hire a mover, order food, get your house cleaned. Everybody you let near your life becomes a potential leak.

“Let’s normalize privacy. Let’s normalize kindness. Let’s normalize… normality.”
As Redd pointed out, Ball should have made the Packers and Movers sign an NDA. At the end of the day, the video isn’t funny and completely invades the Timberwolves star’s privacy.
Hopefully, Ball will learn his lesson and never repeat this mistake if he ever moves to a different place in Minnesota or gets traded to a different city.
