The Memphis Grizzlies tied the NBA’s all-time record by using 33 different players during the 2025-26 season, making them one of the tougher teams to pin down from a keeper perspective.
Some very good vets are exposed here, led by offseason acquisition Isaiah Stewart and guard Ty Jerome, who was immensely productive in the 15 games he played for Memphis last season. Both wind up as potential departures because the Grizzlies, a clear rebuilder, have so many young options worth holding onto. In fact, they have so many that some, like tantalizing scorer GG Jackson Jr., also wind up unprotected.

The clear top five on the list—Cameron Boozer, Cedric Coward, Zach Edey, Jaylen Wells and Cam Spencer—were easy enough. Beyond them, you could slot in any number of alternatives.
