Milwaukee Bucks star Tyler Herro has been sued by the mother of his children.
This summer has been full of surprises for Tyler Herro, as he was unexpectedly sent to the Milwaukee Bucks in a trade package for Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Aside from his professional life, Herro’s personal life has become a topic of discussion among fans due to his ex-girlfriend, Katya Elise Henry, suing the now-Bucks star for the custody of their two children.

Herro and Henry have two children together, a daughter born in 2021 and a son born in 2023. The couple reportedly split up after seven years of a romantic relationship and are now engaged in a major custody battle.
According to TMZ, Herro has filed a petition for parental schedule and child support details. Henry has countered the former Heat star’s petition with her own where she has demanded primary custody of the children.
“In her filing, Katya asked the court for primary custody. She said she wanted their kids to see Tyler, but due to his ‘historical conduct,’ which she “intentionally omitted” out of respect for him.
“‘Safeguards and parameters should be implemented on a temporary and permanent basis in order to ensure the safety and well-being’ of the kids,” Henry claimed, per TMZ.
“Katya said there is a large disparity in income due to Tyler being a professional athlete, who earns a substantial sum of money,” the report added.
With both parties laying out their demands, the case is yet to reach a conclusion as there seems to be a tug-of-war over the custody of the two underage children.
