Wake Forest University Women’s Basketball Adopts ShotTracker’s Live Analytics and Scouting Intelligence ToolsDemon Deacons will implement Scout and Pulse to support in-game analytics and natural-language scouting
Overland Park, KS. (October 7, 2026) – ShotTracker, the basketball analytics and video platform trusted across DI, today announced a partnership with Wake Forest University Women’s Basketball. The partnership will see the program implement ShotTracker’s Scout and Pulse technologies, pairing real-time bench analytics during games with natural-language access to performance data and film.
Wake Forest will use Pulse to ingest live broadcast feeds and deliver synchronized analytics and video to the bench during games. Scout lets staff query that data and film using natural language or voice commands, whether reviewing a specific play or preparing for an opponent.
“We’re very excited about our partnership with ShotTracker this season,” said Wake Forest women’s basketball assistant coach Emily Stallings. “Their platform will allow us to have a more data-driven approach to decisions both about our own team and while scouting opponents. In a world where teams are changing year after year, faster and more thorough information is vital to allowing our team to reach their fullest potential.”
Pulse enables coaches and video coordinators to ingest live broadcast feeds during games, delivering real-time analytics and synchronized video directly to the bench. This allows coaches and team staff to quickly review plays, identify trends and make in-game adjustments with immediate access to both data and film.
Scout serves as the intelligence layer across the platform, allowing staff to query performance data and video using natural language or voice commands. Coaching staff can surface specific plays, analyze trends across their own team or opponents, and generate insights based on factors like lineup, play type or game situation to support scouting and game planning.
