Former UConn star Azzi Fudd will be inducted into the Huskies of Honor on Nov. 8 before the women’s basketball game against Iowa at Gampel Pavilion. She will be formally inducted in a pregame ceremony before the scheduled 2 p.m. tipoff.

During her five seasons at UConn, Fudd scored 1,687 points, good for No. 21 in the program’s all-time list. She also ranks fifth in three-point shots made (292) and first in free-throw percentage (92.5).

She was a first-team All-American in 2026, her final season, and was the WNBA’s No. 1 overall draft pick, joining former UConn teammate Paige Bueckers with the Dallas Wings.

Fudd joins Buckers as well as Hall of Famers Rebecca Lobo, Sue Bird, Swin Cash, Maya Moore and coach Geno Auriemma already in the Huskies of Honor.
