WESTFIELD, Ind. (WISH) — Indiana Pacers fans can rally together under the stars this week as the Westfield city government hosts free public watch parties at Grand Junction Plaza for Game 3 and Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

The outdoor events will be Wednesday and Friday at the plaza, 225 S. Union St. Game broadcasts will begin at 8:30 p.m. Pregame festivities, food trucks, and family-friendly activities will start at 7:30 p.m.

“This is a chance for residents and fans to come together and experience the Finals in a fun, energetic environment,” city officials said in a statement issued Monday.

Attendees can bring their own food, though organizers encourage supporting Westfield businesses by picking up carry-out from nearby restaurants before the game.

No registration is required for either night, and lawn chairs or blankets are recommended for seating.
