Of course, Kevin Durant and Giannis Antetokounmpo have been the headliners thus far entering the offseason but many other players have also had their names thrown around in recent rumors.
One team who has been linked to multiple players this offseason is the Golden State Warriors as they try to build around their veteran trio of Stephen Curry, Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green to chase a championship next season.

Golden State has been linked to players like Lauri Markkanen, Nikola Vucevic and Brook Lopez but a recent mock trade posted by Ball Report on X has them landing a champion from the Boston Celtics in a three-team deal involving the Brooklyn Nets.

In the trade, Golden State receives Derrick White, Dariq Whitehead, Jalen Wilson and Tyrese Martin while the Celtics add Buddy Hield, Moses Moddy and a 2026 and 2028 first-round pick from the Warriors.
For the Nets, they would acquire Jonathan Kuminga via a sign-and-trade deal from the Warriors in the trade.
This would be an interesting move for the Warriors but one that could help them compete for a championship next season.
White has been linked to the Warriors this offseason as the Celtics are reportedly open to moving everyone on their roster outside of Jayson Tatum this summer.
Of course, White would be a perfect fit next to Curry in the backcourt as he would give them another great scorer and defender in their starting lineup.

White and head coach Steve Kerr also already have chemistry due to their time together at the Paris Olympics, where he also played alongside Curry.

This trade would also help the Warriors upgrade their bench due to the three players they would receive from the Nets and while trading Kuminga would be a tough decision, it is not out of the question after he fell out of Kerr’s rotation last season.
