The Indiana Pacers are getting their 2026 first-round pick back, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Charania reported Tuesday that the Pacers are trading their No. 23 pick this year — plus the rights to guard Mojave King, a 2023 second-round pick of the Los Angeles Lakers who currently plays in New Zealand’s National Basketball League — to the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Pelicans had previously acquired that 2026 first-round pick from the Pacers.
New Orleans now has the No. 7 and No. 23 picks in this year’s NBA Draft.
