The team behind Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment — known to most people in Toronto as MLSE — is hiring for one of the most sought-after roles in the city’s sporting scene.
The owner of the Maple Leafs, Raptors, Argonauts, Toronto FC, and their respective minor league teams is looking to hire in-stadium hosts for the 2025-26 season.
MLSE is seeking “talented, dynamic individuals to help energize our crowds in-arena and at events,” with a request for a link to a demo reel of up to two minutes in length, similar to last year’s posting for the same role.
“There is no specific information you must include, but reels should showcase you, your personality and why you think you’d be a good fit as an MLSE Host,” the job posting reads.
Selected candidates may be selected for an in-person audition.
The MLSE host position appears to be a general hosting position, with no specific team that the successful hire (or hires) may end up working for. MLSE’s teams operate out of Scotiabank Arena in downtown Toronto, BMO Field, and the Coca-Cola Coliseum, located just south of Liberty Village, as well as the Paramount Fine Foods Centre in Mississauga.
The submission deadline for the posting is July 11, 2025. For more details on the full requirements for those interested in the role, please visit the MLSE website.
If you don’t quite feel like you’ve got the on-camera chops, there are plenty of other positions available at MLSE right now.
Here’s a list of roles that can be applied for via the MLSE website, which includes different departments throughout the MLSE network of teams, restaurants, and venues.
