Chucky Hepburn, a Bellevue West grad, signed a two-way contract with the Toronto Raptors on Thursday.”Being an Omaha kid, that’s forever going to stay with me, and I’m going to come in and compete every day and work and prove to them that I belong in the NBA,” he said.Hepburn wasn’t the only local to sign a contract.Millard North grad Hunter Sallis also signed a two-way contract on Thursday. His was with the Philadelphia Raptors.Hepburn averaged 16.4 points and 5.8 assists per game, while leading Louisville to the NCAA tournament.
