NBA Free Agency 2025 is officially here!

Starting at 3 p.m. PDT this afternoon, teams and players can begin agreeing to terms of a contract. Contracts can’t officially be signed until July 6. Despite the formal afternoon starting point, news of expected signings will be coming down the pipe all morning and then continue into the night.

Big man Day’Ron Sharpe plans to sign a two-year, $12 million deal to return to the Brooklyn Nets, per Charania.

Juzang Out in Utah

The Utah Jazz are waiving forward Johnny Juzang, according to Charania.

Ziaire Williams Sticking in Brooklyn

Forward Ziaire Williams plans to sign a two-year, $12 million deal to stay with the Nets, per Charania. The second year of the deal is a team option.

Mann Becomes Unrestricted FA

The Charlotte Hornets didn’t tender Tre Mann his one-year, $6.94 million dollar qualifying offer, making the guard an unrestricted free agent, according to HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto.

Suns to Hang Onto Gillespie

Guard Collin Gillespie plans to sign a guaranteed one-year contract to remain with the Phoenix Suns, per Charania.
