CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – The Charlotte Hornets have acquired guard Pat Connaughton and two second-round draft picks from the Milwaukee Bucks for guard Vasa Micic.
The Hornets received second-round picks in 2031 and 2032 from Milwaukee. Charlotte now has three or more selections in every draft through 2032.
Connaughton has totaled 595 career appearances, averaging 6.0 points (.438% FG, .356% 3P, .773% FT), 3.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 19.2 minutes per game.
After being selected 41st overall in the 2015 NBA Draft and spending his first three seasons in Portland, he spent the last seven seasons with the Bucks, winning an NBA Championship in 2021.
Micic has averaged 6.8 points and 3.9 assists per game in 101 career contests with Oklahoma City, Charlotte and Phoenix. He was originally acquired by Charlotte from Oklahoma City during the 2023-24 season, traded from Charlotte to Phoenix in 2024-25, and re-acquired by the Hornets on June 30, 2025.
