Tyrese Haliburton has made two playoff game-winners in the span of eight days.
The Indiana Pacers guard comes up huge in the closing seconds Tuesday night, hitting 1-of-2 free throws with 12.1 seconds left, coming away with an offensive rebound, then making the winning 3-pointer with 1 second left of a wild 120-119 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Cleveland had 95.9% chance of winning with 1:06 left after a Max Strus 3-pointer gave the Cavs a 117-110 lead.
Sound familiar? Haliburton scored the final 4 points in regulation and the final 5 points in overtime on April 29, blowing by Giannis Antetokounmpo with 1.1 ticks to go in a 119-118 first-round series-clinching win over the Milwaukee Bucks. Milwaukee led by 7 points with 40 seconds left in that game.
Enjoy both winners.
