The OKC Thunder began its Las Vegas Summer League run with a 90-81 win over the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday.
Nikola Topic scored 10 points in the final quarter to lead the Thunder to victory. He finished with 18 points and six assists. Ajay Mitchell and Chris Youngblood also scored 20 points and 18 points, respectively.
Next up for OKC is a game against Indiana at 4:30 p.m. CT Saturday (NBA TV). It’ll be the second of a minimum of five games in Las Vegas for the Thunder.

Final: Thunder 90, Nets 81 | Nikola Topic helps OKC hold off Brooklyn
Brooklyn made a late comeback attempt, but OKC held on for the win thanks in large part to Nikola Topic.
The 19-year-old guard scored 10 points in the fourth quarter. He finished with 18 points, six assists and four rebounds.

The Nets have stayed in the game with their balanced attack. Tosan Evbuomwan and Nolan Traore have scored 11 points apiece, while Drew Timme has scored 10 points.
OKC continues to lean on Chris Youngblood and Ajay Mitchell. They’ve scored 17 and 16 points, respectively.

The Thunder has been led by the duo of Ajay Mitchell and Chris Youngblood. Mitchell has recorded 14 points and two steals, while Youngblood has added 12 points and two steals.
Tosan Evbuomwan leads Brooklyn with nine points and three rebounds. Egor Demin, the eighth pick in the 2025 draft, is scoreless on 0-for-3 shooting from the field (0 for 3 from deep).
End first quarter: Thunder 22, Nets 15 | Chris Youngblood is making the most of starting opportunity
Chris Youngblood received the starting nod for Thursday’s game, and he came out shooting.
The undrafted rookie racked up eight points in the first quarter on 2-for-3 shooting from the field (2 for 2 from deep). He also added two steals, one rebound and one assist.
OKC will start Nikola Topic, Ajay Mitchell, Chris Youngblood, Brooks Barnhizer and Malevy Leons.
